    1. Proper fixture control. Always next 4 weeks known. Midweek controlled by distance. Not difficult to do if you have a background in project management. 2. Cup draws done live on social media for all to see Sunday evenings. Committees, Players, fans and dugs can all get a buzz about them as they’re pulled. Drives interaction and involvement strengthening the leagues position in the public eye. 3. Social Media Management. Let the clubs know what’s going on, Highlight a game a week for fans, Interact with clubs and other leagues. A stronger presence drives more to the game and our game in particular. I’m a business development manager who specialises in finding new marketing streams for engineering. I do this daily it’s not difficult and works. It provides better value for money for sponsors, which gets more sponsors on board which strengthens the league and teams furthermore.

My son and I usually follow Cowdenbeath however our game was off and we decided to go for a drive and some lunch. We drove through Leven and noticed a game on so decided to stop and watch. The first thing that we commented on was how good the pitch was - it is as good as anything we see in League 2 - if not better! A small canteen located within the changing rooms allowed us a chance to warm up with a cup of tea before the match kicked off. On asking who was playing we were told by a helpful and enthusiastic committee member it was an amateur Scottish cup tie between Leven United and Laurieston from Edinburgh. The away team won the game 2-0 but it was a fabulous advert for football and the match played in an excellent manner between both teams who served up an entertaining match for a good crowd. Very well done to both teams - Laurieston I must say, look a fabulous footballing team and got a deserved win. Leven too plugged away but could not break down a well drilled defence. We just wanted to say a very well done and thank you to the people at Leven for having such a wonderfully kept facility and providing us with our Saturday football fix. There were some very impressive players on show for both teams - Good luck to Laurieston in the next round - I am sure they will do well We will most definitely be back in the future!

I think the modern day amateur footballer has a lot more distractions these days, and football is just part of it. The level of commitment then suffers because of it. But I wish a few of them would think of the work that goes on behind the scenes to make sure they have a club to play for, whether it be the managers or coaches, to the Committee doing their best to pay bills, get new kits, training gear and sponsorship - even more so difficult these days, again even worse once Covid eases as these sponsors will also have been massively hit. When I played, I would hate to let the club down, mess them around by not turning up for games or training. Nowadays, many don't seem to care (as much).

The player in question who plays for Freuchie is Scott Napier who has for the last 8 season played with Glenrothes juniors and would walk into any premier league team in the KOFAFA. Wind your neck in.

Depends on commitment. These days players want to take Saturdays aff to go shopping wi the wife, go on stag do's, wee weekend breaks wi their pals, get tattoos done, spent the house, etc. Work commitments are understandable but anything else is just a kick in the hawmaws to a committed coaching team. Especially when the returning player goes in the huff when he doesn't waltz straight back into the team or organizes a wee break on major dates predetermined in the calendar for Scottish etc. If ye sign on the dotted line you should be 100% committed or dont bother. Same for any team sport actually. Nae wonder management and coaching teams get py55hed aff and eventually lose the enthusiasm.

I said this last year, I think it’d help keep boys happy. That was the worst thing about managing was letting down players Saturday lunchtime. Boys join a team to enjoy playing football on a Saturday afternoon. (Non payment) To tell them there no getting a strip I felt was brutal!

If we went with no relagation then the leagues could look something like this - 14 team Premier -Leven, GPR, Cupar, Bowhill, Kennoway, Kinross Colts "A", Pittenweem, Muchty, Scotia, YM, Lumphinnans, Kelty Hearts, Kinross, St. Andrews Uni 12 team Championship - Burntisland, St. Monans, Eastvale, Rosyth, Glenrothes, Rosebank, Markinch, Lochgelly, Fife Thistle, Freuchie, Dulloch, Strathmiglo 13 team 1st Division - St. Andrews Colts, Methilhill, Fife Athletic, Kennoway, Falkland, Kinross Colts "B", Kincardine, Bridge of Earn, Glenrothes Strollers, Hearts of Beath, Kirkcaldy Albion, Leslie Hearts, Newburgh Means teams that go up were in the promotions race and prevents the teams that were in the relegation spots having any complaints. Also means if Kettle Utd apply then brings the 1st Div back to an even number.

Again can you explain how they would be restructured? If Null and void then this season didn't happen so to restructure the only option is to use the league standings from the 2018/19 season. You don't seem to be getting it. If Null and void then and only scenario would be the 11-10-18 set up

They should be going by the average points system, making everybody champions like every other league (if that’s what the decide, no one can argue) Dont relegate anyone and promote 3/4 teams from each league We will all know where we stand, and we can look forward to next season if and when that may be

Agreed bud, makes sense, there is always a but tho.. And if the league decides to go on the average points and make the league champions then every team won’t have complaints surely.....Hopefully it’s all sorted out and everyone knows where they stand and we can hopefully look forward to next season. If and when that might be.

Applies in most sports these days. I'm heavily involved at a national level in another sport. Even there the commitment can be less than 100%. Always stuns me - in my era you would sweat blood and give everything to play for your country at an international level. If only players looked closely at their management team and respected the amount of time and effort coaches devote just so they could make it possible for players to actually take to the park in a Saturday they might act differently. Probably not though.

Again Pete Muir sees what he wants, are you that intellectually inept your struggling with basic English. Al repeat to give you yet another chance to understand, maybe write it doon and you can go over it with a friend. I have called no team pish, however I did say, nul en void favours teams who have had a pish season, that’s all it favours. It voids a thus far successful campaign for the competing teams and it hides the fact other teams were having a (pish) bad season, you’d be wan eh the teams am talking aboot however. A pish season, underachieving, not played so well, struggled for results. You feel me neeber, or would you best understand if a try explain in a colouring book. What am stating is a fact, there’s no team who’s challenging wanting a nul en void, there’s plenty reasons for those who aren’t challenging to vote for that option however. Hopefully we’re clear here aye, before you tell any more lies about things am saying. Managing director eh the heedebangers you min

14th March and still no played each other, 2 month of the season left. Crazy. Whatever the outcome is Wednesday let’s try make it better next season. Play each other once before Xmas a usually say but depending on when we start (if possible due to Scottish cup) Not playing the same team 2 weeks in a row. Not having the same ref 6 weeks in a row.. So much to discuss at the meetings.

We have 8 games left with 6 teams in and around us and 3 points behind Kirkcaldy who we have to play twice, so not sure how we probably deserve to go down? After signing 4 new boys not long ago and beating Fossoway and Pittenweem in our last few league games, im more than confident we will climb the table and be safe. Just a quick question lads, why cant the leagues finishes as they are with no relegation. Promote the top teams from the Championship and Div 1 as it stands now and then add ur new teams to bottom league? Leagues will then have more teams like everyone wants and majority will be happy.

Spoke to the league this morning Pete and the standings from this season wouldn’t be used in the structuring! Because of Null and void we Lochgelly would be considered a new team at the next AGM, along with strath and freuchie in the bottom league and would Have no results to go in to argue for promotion in the re structure. That’s 3 of the top 4 in our league in that boat i feel a bit more clarity from the league on what null and void actually means would be helpful here.

Whatever the outcome was this season it wasn’t going to suit everybody. We’re in a pandemic and we don’t know when we will be able to play again. Option 1 & 3 not really an option in my opinion. So that leaves option 2 & 4. Whatever gets decided we have to respect the decisions and at least we all know where we stand and can get looking forward to kicking a ball again soonish (hopefully)

Who said ad be happy wi it? accept it, of course. A believe we aw started the season to try win the most league games possible nah. There you go again spouting coo dung aboot cups, who mentioned cups. Listen if null en void helps save your club then a understand why you’d vote for it, just diny be giving it big licks about sporting integrity when really your hoping your failed attempts at success get a by this year. If your voting nul en void your teams played pish this season, absolute stick in fact

Just To play devils advocate - if there wasn’t 7 new teams coming in would we all still be in support of nul and void? We will get promotion regardless due to 7 new teams but had there been no applications I would feel pretty hard done by with these circumstances. Would feel to me teams having had poor seasons were getting rewarded rather than teams who have had good seasons being rewarded and for for the record our proposal was average points to dictate leagues and promotion but for there to be no relegation this season in the interest of fairness

Like many have said. Null and void only sensible option. As ive seen stated some teams have played each other 3 times and not played some teams once. It would be different if all teams had played the same amount of games etc. But thats not the case. There is oppertunity for teams to escape from relegation positions or push for promotion. I know the constitution states 2 teams must be relegated, but these are extraordinary circumstances.

Another option,if they decide to Finish the season League wise (forget about all cups this season)even if it take until end of July, start new season end of August/September play all League games Fife and Scottish games and forget Domestic Cups, then the following season it’s back to the norm.

How hard can it be for the league to separate goals from penalties? Due to the referee shortage we had a Dundee referee today. At least we now know why he didn't have a game in the Midlands league!

Apologies for the rant. I appreciate it's perhaps not an easy task, but it's just the nature of the stuff happening. Casting home and away before playing other teams at all, playing 6 home games on the trot at this stage of the season (especially when we had ask for away games because of our pitch), wrong results etc. Now publishing a third League game against the same team. Stuff like that shouldn't be happening. Sorry, rant over.

Went and watched Scotia v Am soccer as a neutral which finished 3-4. Decent game with some no bad stuff played at times. Low point however was the Scotia keeper racially abusing an Am soccer player after he scored. Absolutely disgusting and no place for it at any level of football. Unfortunately missed by the referee?! Would like to think the scotia manager missed it as well otherwise surely would have brought him straight off? I played amateur football for years and if that was a team mate of mine I wouldn't of missed him after the game for that. Was happy to see the Boy who was on the receiving end of it go on to score a 2nd for himself and a 4th for AM. Karma for the low life between the sticks
