We are finishing the fife cup apparently. So we’ve only got that to worry about and then all the league games. We will get told on Sunday night, right the league starts in 6 days time. Managers from teams asking when the leagues meant to start, cause there has been zero communication from the league. Yet every other league has first 6 games out 

Think they’re just waiting on confirmation that teams will be allowed more than 6 players from 2 different households up for corner kicks Bomber. 

What’s the hold up on releasing the fixtures?

this is serious .. not something you just get on with it .... the protocols have failed with the track and trace ... is that not serious enough for you

A player from Kirkcaldy ym tested positive so Saturdays game was called off.positive player did not play last Saturday in our friendly so there is no fear of it spreading outwith our group.a large group of the boys have already been tested but are all negative.Positive player will be contacted by track and trace and questioned to who was in direct contact etc and what we have to do next..also must state the players tempreture was taking with the tempreture gun the night before his positive covid result and his temp was fine.

Through all of the phases in the routemap so far, the SFA have followed the dates the Government has went with. 
 
Government said 24th yday, I’d be expecting SFA to allow contact by the 24th, even if its reduced contact to start with.

Lochgelly united has proposed being able to name 7 subs but still use 5 prior to the AGM and the feeedback we got regards the 7 subs was that it was an SAFA rule and not a local rule! Felt like it made it easier to keep the whole squad involved! Interesting to see how many premier league players who didn’t look as fit and sharp after their extended break and short pre season prior to games coming back, can only imagine we may be in the same boat in the amateur game 

Hope it’s true.. The law has been temporarily changed for the use of subs in the top leagues where you can use 5 subs now but only allowed a maximum of 3 opportunities to make them so it doesn’t break up the play as much. Could look to go down that kind of route also if increased to 7 subs. 

I said this last year, I think it’d help keep boys happy. That was the worst thing about managing was letting down players Saturday lunchtime. 
Boys join a team to enjoy playing football on a Saturday afternoon. (Non payment) To tell them there no getting a strip I felt was brutal!  

Personally a think that’s a great idea, keeps a lot more people involved with football. Hopefully we can put this forward and make a case for it.
