Quite clear that no have two groups in the electorate to thank for their victory. In a ageing population it seems the only group to vote no would be the over 55s with the over 65s voting nearly three to one against independence. Throw in the uk citizens who had a vote that were voting 3-1 in favour of no. If 80% of them voted then that's 300,000-100,000 in support of no. in that category alone.
 
And with the demise of the RAF bases and the fact that no Royal Navy ships patrol Scottish waters then the forces raised in Scotland will be what they have always be used for and that's cannon fodder.

First season together and most players havent played in amatuer league or 11's before.Only a few of us have the experiance i suppose we can only hope for the best and work on it. We will give it time and hope things fall into place! our lads went for it in the first half and only kept the score 2-0 and kept fighting away before half time..second half we made a few more changes and concedded a few more goals and the heads just went down from there but fair play to rosyth today though and all the best!

The SJFA AGM was held in The Alhambra, Dunfermline this afternoon. Part of the proceedings saw Ronnie Ross presented with a crystal decanter & glasses following his retirement from junior football administration after almost 60 (sixty!) years. He began as secretary of Lochgelly Albert then went on to run the Fife Junior FA as well as the Fife & Lothian Association. After the advent of the Super League, etc, Ronnie continued to run the Fife & Lothians Cup but he's standing down from that due to age & ill-health. (Mark Stevens from Hill of Beath is taking over as secretary of the F & L). Quite rightly, the word 'Legend' is used to describe some junior stalwarts (Davie Baillie at HoB,; Drew Davidson at the Bluebell; Willie Drew at Glenrothes; Jim Douglas at Kirkcaldy; Geordie Clark at Kelty; Derek Johnstone at The Albert) but imo Ronnie is not just a step above but maybe two or three.

Perhaps sales were down so committee members were dipping into their own pockets to personally buy more tickets to keep the funds coming in.

I was there on Friday pedro and it was only one nugget that was throwing them and he wasn't caring if they hit anybody, for once you talk sense football isn't a place for this kind of nonsense ,we had it in the juniors last season and it's crazy ,could really hurt someone.

been at 2 amateur finals this season and got to say that clubs are responsible for there supporters actions,av seen these fireworks been thrown onto the pitch ,
 
1.this is a criminal act and could end up in court if this causes damage to property and person
