mgm got a reaction from Pokitren in Fife Sunday Ams
Haven’t been involved in Sunday Ams for a few years but from what I have been told it has went from a well run league with good guys on the committee to one that is an shambles at the moment
- 6 team Premier Division
- Playing each other 3 times Home, Away & Neutral ground venues 😂
- 6 pointer matches
- Players not cup tied after playing in previous rounds. No local rules in place to allow this
- Rules being made via WhatsApp groups instead of adhering to constitution without consulting member clubs to agree to changes
- Constitution rules not being followed correctly
Absolute shambles min

I posted this topic in here because I knew I'd get the answer required ceejay. But to answer your question this relates to Fife Sunday Ams

Big Ecks won a watch here after a disastrous managerial career after leaving Birmingham.
BUT with the pool of talent he will have at his disposal he should be able to get us to the EURO's in 2020. Lad McTominay at Manchester United should be coming into his next squad

Love how everyone has commented on us over the years in the kingdom league of how poor we have been. We should never have threw that game away being 2-0 but we did and I thought Kinross were half decent and good bunch of guys.We Made changes to give boys a run out and never worked out for us and gave sloppy goals away. But it's also hard to start winning games when you are used to getting beat every week. In hindsight we should never have joined the kingdom league we were an average FAFA team that made a few cup finals and bounced between bottom league and the middle league when we were in the fafa. I think our management team at the time thought moving to a better league would attract better players. And to be honest I think it discouraged boys as boys were reluctant to join a team that were always going to struggle in the kingdom league. I enjoyed playing against better teams in the kingdom but unfortunately not been much fun losing all the time. But we have always kept going and sometimes struggled to field a team but we have a good group of boys who are determined to make it a success. We have a new management team in place for next season and doing a lot of work off the park to try and improve all aspects of the club from players to fundraising etc. We look forward to the new challenge next season.

Expected more from Bayside. Normally a good footballing side but were constantly looking for the long ball over the top. Rosyth well worth their 3 points in the end

The whole proposal was initially posted on here last night. Premier consisting of six FAFA premier division teams, six Kingdom League teams and two promoted sides from the Championship. Will be in place to start from 2017/2018 season

Common sense prevails. Well done to both associations. Onwards and upwards for Fife Amateur football

Or you can scrap the whole fcuking lot 4/5 sides can go to the FAFA then the Kingdom can have a 7 team league. How about that?
The FAFA clubs DO NOT need the Kingdom league clubs. They have a strong competitive league and setup. But everyone is of the opinion that ALL Fife amateur clubs need to be under the one banner. You're the only person bumping your gums about an even split. It is an even split. Top six Kingdom clubs and top six Premier clubs. Four clubs from the FAFA Premier are effectively relegated and two places for clubs who have achieved promotion from the Championship. I don't understand where this is unfair from your point of view. If YLUM were sitting sixth with no chance of finishing any lower I don't think you'd be even putting up a fight here. Was only a few months ago you wanted YLUM to join the FAFA in the bottom division and work your way up the leagues.
