Surely he can see that the clubs have a duty to tell their fans what their intentions are so everybody has clarity on the situation.
 
From my perspective and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this but I'm extremely proud of these clubs coming out and putting sporting integrity over financial gain. They see the opportunity to change Scottish Football and they also see the long term benefit for our National Game.

Dunfermlines case is that they should never have been relegated due to Glasgow Rangers being liquidated. They highlight when Falkirk won the First Division there was no relegation that season as Falkirk failed to meet the SPL criteria and also there was no relegation when the SPL went from 10 teams to 12 teams. They do have a case.

I know you did mate and the opportunity to change that was there but nobody proposed anything to change the rules. The constitution is there in place and can be changed at the AGM if anyone has any proposals.
 
This is our league and we make the decisions on how we want it run. We could have had a scenario where each team can miss 1 meeting without a fine, miss 2 it's a £10 fine and any after that £15-20 for each meeting missed. That's something that will now have to wait until next year.
 
It's frustrating but everybody is in the same boat. We are all responsible for attending meetings. Players have to step up and help their clubs out more than what they are doing.

With there now being NO old firm will this be the end of this section???

Hope everything goes ok with your boy mate. Never nice to hear these things. Was at Sick Kids yesterday with my 2 year old son and they were brilliant with him as they are with all the kids.

TJ I'll put it this way. I don't care if it financially makes sense for the other clubs in the SPL. If Rangers get back into the SPL it makes a mockery of the Scottish game as a whole. No club should be bigger than the SPL and it's sporting integrity. I don't care what Sky do the clubs must do the right thing and that is stick 2 fingers up to them and send them where they should be going and that's to the 3rd division. No ifs no buts or maybes. Rangers should not be treated any differently to Gretna or Livingston. Get rid, make them start again and let them come back the way every club should.
 
Rangers going to the 3rd division would generate the clubs down there money they could only have dreamed of. Put the wealth back into the Scottish game. How many LOYAL Rangers fans would go home and away week in week out? This could benefit the whole Scottish game. Clubs are now cutting their cloth accordingly. Hearts are a prime example. They are getting shot of their highest earners and developing the youth. The way it should be. Falkirk are at it. Dundee United are another prime example.

Unlike yourself I look at the whole picture and can take in all the facts.
 
Fact is you want Regan out because he is a threat to Rangers because unlike Neil Donaster he has the balls to take action against Rangers. Fact an independent panel came to the conclusion tht Rangers breached the rules. Your one year transfer embargo was Rangers getting off lightly. Fact.
