  1. is it not the scottish league their having a dig at and not the bears.
  2. the way the team played last weekend, the body language of the players and Hughton after the match was certainly off. The Barton injury seemed totally out of the blue as well and he was back in training on Monday or Tuesday, some gorin strain that was then
  3. was reading on another forum earlier this week barton had a fight with guthrie in training, hughton gave him an 'internal ban' for west brom....nolan sided with barton and took the situation to ashley seems strange, definitely something been going on behind the scenes

  5. shocked aswell he done a good jobplayers seem to like him and doing well on return to big league.for me writing was on the wall when calderwood left for hibs.why would he leave to go to a club that rejected him a year before.anyway have to wait ans see you ashley appoints loads ofnames mentioned as always but hope not pardew or curbuisley both would be bad appointments in my view.martin jol just walked away from ajax so will be in frame martin o neil also has a chance. davie moyes must be getting fed up at everton.but i think it will be steve mclaren which again wont be my choice. i would like to see steve bruce get the job doing great at sunderland apart from defeat at newcastle he a geordie and it would weaken the mackems too. i think jol walking means avram grant sacked tommorow
  6. I'm astounded, I honestly am. Is Ashley honestly saying he expected better this season? Really? What planet is he living on? We have signed 1 player on loan who is injured with a broken leg and brought in 2 players on a free (1 injured and the other only just coming into the team). Tiote is Ashley's only real invested this season. Everybody knows that survival is our aim this season. We demolished (thats right, f*cking DEMOLISHED) our closest rivals 5-1. We hammered the team that techically sent us down 6-0 and have took 3 points away from home at Arsenal. F*cking come on Ashley, just when you seem to be doing things properly, you go and do this
  7. Good visual article about the clashes http://www.birminghammail.net/birmingham-s...97319-27754247/
  8. Any of you lads want a pay rise ? Tell your boss that the company has no ambition and that your co workers aren't up to the job. You should be able to double your wages at least
  9. do you really feel with baz there we would stand a better chance ?.

  11. They obviously returned last night. 45,000 for a Monday night and live on tele, not bad -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I reckon we definitely need a pair of full backs, and there are some decent ones on the edges of Premiership teams that might look at leaving. How about pissing off the mackems and nicking Alan Hutton from Spurs? We need a striker, I wouldn't mind a player who can run with the ball, a Premiership version of Lovenrands. Otherwise, while a few more players wouldn't hurt, we don't want to dismantle this team too much and wreck the spirit we have going on. I'd offload the likes of Pancrate, Butt (if he doesn't retire) and a few other fringe players who aren't going to be good enough, but I wouldn't do too much
  12. 20 clean sheets this season!!! Only time we've had 20 clean sheets is when the cleaner has put fresh toilet roll in the loo!
  13. Good record and don't think anyone should forget they beat Kelty 3-0 away From what I hear it's been player power and that's been evident for years at the Glens The most honest post written on here in a long time, the players have had there own way at warout for too long someone has come in and upset the applecart and the players dont like it.Remember what happened to Pete Mcquade!!! Whoever comes in now will have a hard job but sheepy tried to split the player power that has been evident at the glens for sometime but again it seems the players have won. remember my good man two of these wins were against west calder and broughty you colud have got teams out of the pub to beat them, the kelty result was a really good result and so was his first game against whitburn although he had to play the players that were already at the club for that game, How did the glens loose on saturday, could it have been a management descion perhaps that went tits up game was won to lose goals as late as that is criminal and do you take of a striker and put on an unfit player in his place no you certainly dont especially your top scorer quite frankly the boy sheep didnt have it and thats not his fault you are what you are and he probably loves the game theres no doubt about that, glenrothes cant be an easy club to manage no money and other distractions at your back, pete mcquade you are absolutely correct on that score, colin downie did he do a good job, archie wyse why did he leave?, why did stevie kirk not get time , who appointed SHEEP, who can answer these questions? the premier league will be a hard league to get out off with no money to improve the team and the team is ageing there is a distinct lack of pace in key areas mainly defence look at the current goal difference, the future as it looks is bleak i sincerely hope im wrong oh and mr glens forever can you answer the four questions about ex managers . On the brighter side its whitburn on saturday good chance to get three points . The problem with the glens is that there has been players who have been there for years and who have been good servants think that they have the right to pick and choose what managers they want to play for.If a player says that he no longer wants to play for the club surely the manager has every right to put him up for sale. This situation arose when Pete Mcquade was manager and the committee at the time didnt have the b###s to say to players if your not happy go away and find another club.Sheepy tried to change things but if the present committee decide to listen to players who are not happy and take there side then im afraid they have made a rod for there own back. Can anybody honestly tell me what manager is going to take this job if the yardstick they are given is that if you dont do well in 8 games your out the door!!!!! i think you will find there was a split in the commitee over sheeps sacking.
