Guest moderator Posted March 23, 2007 Report Share Posted March 23, 2007 Due to recent complaints regarding certain posts on the site, the Moderators have decided to use the Warning function that became available with the recent site upgrade. If a Moderator deems your comments as unsuitable, they will increase your warnings rating. This can be escalated to the extent that all of your posts have to be veted by a Moderator before they will appear on the site. The next stage from that is to stop users' access to posting completely. There is a fine line between Freedom of Speech and Irresponsible behaviour and we are conscious that sometimes people quite clearly overstep the mark. We would like to encourage healthy debate. However, if you are posting on a subject that can be regarded as emotive (generally politics, religion etc) then please take a minute to re-read your post and only click if you are pretty sure that it is not offensive.
