Big Damien did get some wrong today and tried to make up for it. Still wasn't good enough. We played superb today and most important the attitudes were spot on! We never complained to the red once. Theyr still tap eh the league n will win it. Theyr strugglin for numbers every week pulling boys aff the street. Lost 7/8 players fae last year always gonnae be impossible ti replace. Well done Kinghorn tho they are a decent side that just need consistency a think. Just need a settled team mate.still missing a few today,but thats what happens at ammie level.end of day tho,tav don't need suspensions and after today they'll have 3 needless ones. JockLad91 Posted January 13, 2013 Report Share Posted January 13, 2013 Best team won today, we dug deep and fought for one another, just need to become more consistent in our games and we can do a lot better than what we have. I usually just have a look now and again at the forum and see all the credit/praise the Tav receive from fellow clubs and they rightly deserve so for their achievements, but some of the stuff said at game, posts on here are just bitter and the arrogance was unreal. Shouts of "how we getting beat from this shite" for example, time to give some credit where credits due and accept that the better team on the day won, it was 2-0 before the first red card was even shown and all of the cards you could have no complaints with. We had possibly the best Sunday league ref the day in Big Damien to ref the game the day and its a shame it ended the way it ended with the 3 reds. One of our boys got massive stud marks right down his side from being stamped on on the ground. I'm sure the Tav will bounce back as they are an excellent side on their day, and will look forward to the league games to come, should be interesting. Hopefully that's us found a wee bit form now and can kick on from this and take this into our league games. Big Goof was outstanding today for us at centre half, Braidy in the sticks made a few good saves and Pocket ran himself into the ground once again.
