Landel Lass Posted September 30, 2018 Report Share Posted September 30, 2018 (edited) Extract from SAFA Constitution & Rules - Scottish Amateur Cup - Rule 27 "The Technical Advisor will advise the official kick-off times to the clubs. The clubs involved may mutually agree to vary the kick-off time with the approval of the Association Secretary. If the clubs are unable to agree on a variation from the official kick-off time, the Association Secretary, after considering all the circumstances, shall have the authority to vary the kick-off time by giving a minimum of 24 hours notice to the clubs involved." SAFA's website (set by the Technical Advisor) shows all but five fixtures for 6th October as 2pm kick-off.
