Weshallnotbemoved
It’s more than just some, I read that EVERY player from the top-flight clubs with grass surfaces have signed a petition calling for them to be outlawed. Hawhaw
It’s not just the players who are saying it, Steven Gerrard says they’re dangerous, Strachan has said they are embarrassing , Jim Duffy says they’ll shorten carreers and Brendan Rodgers says he’s yet to see a good game played on one. Aye but according to McGinty “you don’t notice it’s artificial, they’re only judging it because it looks sh*te on the tv” Oak Lee
Oak Lee
Get them to f*ck, grass is a basic footballing requirement and should be a Licensing requirement. valdas

How funny would that be “sorry Blackburn your licence application has been refused due to the lack of grass”

No other sport would allow it. Imagine one semi-final of Wimbledon played on centre court and the other on court 55 with a plastic surface. Maybe that’s just because Andy Murray, Sue Barker and John McEnroe have only watched it only the telly.

That’s a very valid point Lee, never thought of it like that. Much like Thornton , Markinch, and Buckhaven lawn bowling teams having to play their away matches against Methilhill bowling club at the East Fife carpet rink.
