  1. Season 2020-21 sees the last year of the Under 19s. Going forward the AFYFC will be 16s,17s and 18s. This is to hopefully keep the 18s for another season before they go to the 20s. 19s and 21s will be a thing of the past for Youth Football with SAFA hopefully taking the 21s under their control.
  2. Never post here but just to let those who don't know,Pete Hutton passed away today. A big character on the junior scene in his day. RIP Pete
  3. Strange to say but must be one of the strangest and best games I've been involved in 20 years of reffin. End to end stuff. Never more than one goal in it
  4. Well done to Leven. Good bunch of guys down there and the committee put their all into the club so they deserve this as much as the players. Good Luck in the Semi.

  6. Strollers have folded I can confirm. Such a pity but why can't Glenrothes muster 16 players good enough for a 21s team ???
  7. Strange one as game would be abandoned if there was less than 7 players on one side. 7 is ok for the game to continue.
  8. All info is on www.afyfc.co.uk
  9. Hillfield Swifts have a 17s team....in Fife lol Just won the Fife Cup on Sunday.
  10. We can now add Glenrothes Strollers to the list. A few more would be great.

  12. Tonight, the clubs present at the meeting have decided to proceed with an Under 21s League in Fife. There are 6 definite starters and awaiting for two more responses. We are hoping the fact that this WILL go ahead, more Junior and Amateur clubs will be interested and join the ranks. The teams committed are Aberdour Dundonald Bluebell Rosyth FC Jeanfield Swifts Kennoway Star Hearts Kelty Hearts Registrations will now be taken for interested clubs and they can do so firstly by registering online with the SYFA. Once registered players can be signed. These games will be played on Sundays at 2pm allowing the delayed transfer rule to help all concerned. The more teams involved the better for Fife Football as a whole. Thanks, Steve

  14. Last chance saloon time. Any club interested in joining a Fife 21s League next season, there's a meeting on Monday 1st June 6.15 at Kinglassie Bowling Club. Ideally 10 teams needed but might go with 8. A final decision will be taken at the meeting. All interested parties are welcome at the meeting. Thanks Steve
