Berti
With the ever increasing costs imposed by the SAFA for little or nothing in return is it perhaps a good time to look at moving away from them? Other than not competing in the Scottish Cup would there be any other disadvantages? I think once one association did it others would follow. I for one would jump at the chance to ditch the wallet dippers at Hampden. They offer no reason why we need them and their demands for more money every season is killing off already struggling clubs. ya cant
ya cant
Correct bertie but breaking away isnt the answer neeb as you need rules and regulations set up which is mammouth ..... a good committee etc etc you can withdraw from scottish every year its up to you .... but they couldnt care what or how many teams fold .... imo they want an elitest league set up in the west and one in the east and north/tay and only the teams with money will get there... the rest of us will be also rans look at fife junior football now adays .. glorified amateurs pal jaz and Berti
Berti
The existing UEFA rules could be applied I'm sure but I don't know how it would work regards referees. The way it's going though there will not be many teams left in 10 years and that's a lot to do with how the game is run. jaz and ya cant

LeslieHearts72
We have our hearing from pulling out from our 1st Round Scottish cup tie on Monday 22nd of October, the club were unable to field 11 players mainly due to injury. We gave as much notice as we could to avoid any costs towards our opponents. A letter has been submitted in but don’t think it will make much difference Edited October 19, 2018 by LeslieHearts72 Berti
