Have watched a number of junior games this season in the Superleague, Premier League and Fife League and I think the general standard of refereeing is decent. Bobsy in the few games I have seen him has been very good and uses common sense to the benefit of the players constantly. Might not be what the obervers like but the majority of players/managers will appreciate it. Still think there has to be something mentally wrong with you if you want to be a ref, but without them were fekd.
