What an arrogant twaat. Dont be fooled. I played the leslie game and although we got stuffed, they were extremely lucky and never deserved the win never mind the margin they did win by. Think they only had a couple no bad players, wee ginga that played for kinghorn at the time and a pooofy looking boy in midfield If thats how you percieve my comment then so be it. Im a stuffy midfielder who likes putting in tackles and winning headers all im wanting is for a decent sunday team to take a wee chance on me thats all.

who were you playing for on a sat? Been playing for the Rovers Supporters team, its a very good level with a lot of good amateur players in the league. Weve had friendlies against Sunday teams and more than held our own. Victories include 6-0 against Leslie Hearts and 5-1 against Kinghorn.

Hi there im currently looking for a Sunday football team due to not being able to play Saturdays anymore due to work commitments. Im 27 years old left footed player. My favourite position is holding midfield however I can play as a left back, centre half, right back and at a push left midfield. Nice to see genuine interest in a good cause

Hi guys the Geordie MunRovers are taking part in a 4 games in one day extravanganza on Sunday 8th August to raise funds on behalf of Rovers great Ronnie Coyle for his chosen charity of Leukeamia and Lymphoma Research. One of the teams who was playing have pulled out and we were wondering if any Sunday teams would like to get involved and help us with our dillema. The layout will be 4 games taking place between 9am and 5pm. We have our games organised for the 11am-1p, 1pm-3pm and 3pm-5pm we are currently looking for a team to fill the void of the 9am-11am slot 9am-11am - Game 1 11am-1pm - Olympic Lyon 1pm-3pm - Athletico Dunfermline 3pm-4pm - Kirkcaldy Albion Hopefully one of the teams reading this will be ablke to help us out and fill the void of game 1. Horny i completly agree with the age thing i had a 17 year old captain us in a win against Livi last year. 07541 049769. Kev that will be the Wednesday after our 4 games in 1 day charity event so we'll have to pass on that as our boys will need a break.

I think we can hold our own against pub teams. We won the league we were playing in last year and we beat Kinghorn convincinly in a friendly last year 5-0/5-1. Kev we can play Kingdom on the 28th We will accept Keltys on the 31st with Kelty to be the home team as our normal fixtures guy is away on holiday and left no details of pitch contacts etc. if you could email me please Horny. I am the manager and im confident we can give most teams a good game bear in mind pre season isnt about results its about fitness and boys getting their touch back. Hi lads My boys (Raith Rovers Supporters Club) were looking for friendly games for the next 3 weeks and were wondering if any teams would require a game. We are off a not bad standard possibly 2nd Div Sunday level. We play our games on Saturday mornings so games would either have to be Weeknights or Saturday mornings as a lot of our boys actually play Sundays aswell so its impossible for us to play Sundays.
