I don't think he even got a game for them. Probably a good swap for Newburgh getting McCue. I'm surprised Kev Smart hasn't been trying to get you to bring Sean Simpson to the YM. Â I heard that the YM have signed the Gilfillan from Glenrothes, and the Ness brothers and Colin Potter from Newburgh. I think they might have signed Ireland and McCue from the Amateurs? I think McCue's dad is on the commitee. Â I think Thornton have signed Andy Adam, a good young player from Strollers Under 19s. Â The Haws have signed Kevin Masson and Gavin Gray from Burntisland Shipyard but I heard Arbroath were sniffing about them. I heard that one of the Bissett brothers were being sold by the Haws but I don't know if that's true? Â A few teams trying to keep their cards close to their chest then. The YM must have plenty cash if they bought Gilfillan from the glens. Who's pumping the money into them? It looks like Newburgh will struggle if they lost those 3 players to the YM. I heard that they were a decent side, Arniston said that it was a tough match in the Scottish up there. I always remember them as the whipping boys. Â Thornton should be good this year.
